RADIOGRAPHER CLINICAL SPECIALIST RADIOGRAPHER Digital Imaging

A Clinical Specialist Radiographer in Digital Imaging position has arisen at St Michaels’s Hospital. The post holder must have experience and knowledge of PACS and Radiology Information system. The post holder will be required to manage the flow of electronic radiology requests, resolve, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The post holder must have clear attention to detail in order to provide seamless service to the department. Communicate with relevant stakeholders all matters relating to workflow in a caring and efficient manner and in line with established guidelines and operating procedures.
Key Requirements for the Position:
- Be registered on the Radiography Division of the Radiographers Register maintained by the Radiographers Registration Board at CORU and maintain annual registration.
- Have a minimum of 6 years full-time (or an aggregate of 6 years) post-qualification relevant clinical experience.
- Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, management, leadership and professional ability) to fulfil the functions of the role.
- PACS course completed or certification desirable
