Senior Occupational TherapistFull-time, Maternity Cover for 1 Year commencing January 2026

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Occupational Therapist for Maternity cover.
As Senior OT in Acute General Medicine in St Michael’s Hospital, the post holder will be expected to utilize high level clinical skills, intervention, education and rehabilitation skills
Key Requirements for the Position:
- Be registered on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
- Hold a qualification to satisfy the requirements of the Statutory Registration Board – CORU
- 3 years minimum post qualification experience.
- Experience of at least one year working in Acute care General Medicine services is desirable but not essential.
- Sound technical/clinical knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, motivation and the ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team
