GRADE V – PAYROLL OFFICER Full-time Permanent

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Payroll Officer in the Payroll Section of the Finance Department. 

 Key Requirements for the Position:

  • Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
  • IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification.
  • 3 years of recent experience working in a payroll department.
  • Experience working with Resourcelink and/ or SAP HR/Payroll integrated System.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including experience with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pensions.

**Salary Scale from €52,235.00 – €62,485.00**
