Referrals

Referrals to St. Michael’s Hospital Outpatients are by GP referral only. In the case of the ophthalmology clinics, referrals are also received from community care departments.

Referrals can be posted to the department at St. Michael’s Hospital, Lr George’s Street, Dun Laoghaire. Hand delivered referrals will be accepted between 08:30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. Alternatively they can be sent into the department by fax: (01) 271 3065
