GRADE VI – Scheduled Care Manager – Full Time Permanent (35 hours p/w)

The successful candidate will provide high-quality managerial and administrative support to the Scheduled Care services.
This role requires adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects, support service improvement initiatives, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements for the Position:
- Acute hospital experience at Grade V level or equivalent, with strong knowledge of hospital operations and patient pathways.
- Proven project management and service improvement skills, with experience delivering measurable outcomes.
- Leadership and staff supervision experience, fostering high-performing, motivated teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ICT proficiency, including PAMs (NTPF database) and other scheduled care systems, with excellent organisational skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and outcome-focused, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
** Salary Scale from €57,325 to €70,034**
