GRADE IV PATIENT SERVICES  – Permanent Post – 30 hours per week (afternoons/evenings) Annex Reception

We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join the Patient Services Department in a Grade IV permanent post, based at the Annexe Reception.

This role is primarily reception-based, providing frontline support to patients, visitors, and staff. In addition to reception duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks as part of the wider Patient Services team.

Key Requirements for the Position:

  • Relevant Hospital and Patient Services experience
  • Strong customer care, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant ICT skills
  • Good team-working and organisational skills
  • Adaptability and a flexible working approach
  • Motivation and the ability to work independently

This is a varied and dynamic role requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion and initiative

** Salary Scale from €35,256 to €54,370**
